The breakfast was delicious, the beds very comfortable
Restaurant is not good value for money, the bathroom for the disabled has bothered me, you could not blow-dry your hair in the bathroom because there was no socket, we had forgotten the plug adapter and the reception had none

This place is great, and has free wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely restaurant. The staff helped me with restaurant recommendations during my first stay, which I appreciated. I will definitely return this Christmas!

The room was good-sized with garden view and I appreciated the contemporary-style building. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was exceptional to satisfy everyone. Location: the hotel was next to attentive service over breakfast, and the business park & motorway. Besides, Cranmore Park was 5 km away from the venue.

Meat dishes/steak, I did not like the price-performance ratio. . My british adaptor wouldn't fit in a wall socket. Help came from the reception desk.

Beautiful setting. Friendly, professional staff. Excellent standard of decor throughout.
Noise travelled - rooms need some sound protection. Woken at midnight with what seemed like people talking loudly in our room, although they were in fact just returning to their room speaking normally.

It was a family wedding, and i was father of the bride. On the day we were looked after by the excellent staff, Thank you Adam & Helen & others.
If you have the 8 foot round bed (room) don't expect a good nights sleep! All other rooms that guest had were excellent us, well wife got up at 3 and went home to close the bathroom window !

missingWrote a review on 23 Octlandscaped groundsfresh ingredientsdelicious breakfastnoise disturbanceslimited menu
The beautifully landscaped grounds offer a serene escape, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The restaurant's focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients elevates the dining experience, especially with their standout breakfast options.
Noise disturbances are a significant issue. I was jolted awake multiple times by loud sounds from neighboring rooms and even from housekeeping. The limited lunch menu left much to be desired, and the pillows provided little comfort, leading to a less than ideal night's sleep.

My husband and I were on a business trip to the nec and this hotel is within easy reach (although maybe hard to find without satnav). Very much a modern country hotel feel. I was concerned such a small hotel would have no atmosphere in the dining room as didn't want to drive out for dinner but it was good and the food was excellent.
